*BE AWARE— that the *clearer* the photo the better the drawing will be!
If I can see clear details your drawing will have clear details, if your photo is blurry, the drawing will not be as detailed or possibly order can be cancelled**
I will send a proof of the pet portrait approx 5 business days after purchase. (If this is during holiday season- expect a delay up to 2 weeks to receive proof!**)
Once approved I will begin your order!
RULES— You will have up to 3 chances to fix the proof with changes, after it will be a $5 up charge.
This does NOT mean I can draw a completely different photo— once a photo has been chosen & drawn— only minor details can be fixed— *this does not include drawing an entirely new photo of pet***
—Please keep an eye out in your etsy messages/email for your proof, if I do not hear back from you after 72 hours, I will proceed with the order & email your digital drawing.

Does the 4x6 & 5x7 picture frames come with glass?
Unfortunately we are no longer able to get glass inserts for the 4x6 in. & 5x7 in. picture frames. You will receive them with a piece of plexi glass, if you notice scratches/wrinkles in plexi... just peel off the protective layer on both sides. If you have any further questions, message me! Can I have anything personalized on your items? Including a certain font/picture?
Yes! Always a yes! If you have a very specific picture/font please be sure to attach a PNG file. I can also custom draw anything you’d like, just message me and we will talk through it all, but please be aware pricing may vary. Thank you!
Can I bulk order? Will I receive a discount for bulk orders?
Yes, please message me personally to talk through all the details. A bulk order of 10 items or more will receive 10% off. All bulk orders will require additional time... please properly plan for this timing! Thank you!
